Welcome to MÉXICO CANTA 2022! After three pandemic induced delays, IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!

I am excited to share with you, our audience, the emerging and glorious talents of our guest artists in residence from Mexico. This concert is the culmination of a 5-week intensive performance study program. It promises to be a thrilling evening of arias and ensembles spanning the lyric spectrum from Tannhäuser, Manon, Suor Angelica, La Bohème, Don Giovanni, Le Nozze di Figaro, Semiramide, Die Entführung, Idomeneo, Herodiade, Simon Boccanegra, Evgeny Onegin to the likes of Weill’s Street Scene, Lecuona’s Maria la O, and a couple of Mexican works into the mix. 

Celebrate with us the return to the concert hall and the magic of live performance! We look forward to welcoming you to our audience!
