A part from his work as freelance soloist with opera companies and orchestras, Mr. Graham has many years experience as a professional chorister, church organist and liturgical music director (St. Paul’s Cathedral, Saskatoon). As a chorister & soloist, Stuart studied under the direction of Iwan Edwards as part of his choral ensemble studies at McGill University. Following that, he was a professional member of Montreal’s famed Tudor Singers and the Choir of the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul under the direction of renowned choral conductor Wayne Riddell. During this time, many performances were broadcast on CBC Radio/Radio-Canada. In particular, Stuart’s performance (soloist) in the world premier of Arlan Schultz’s THE EDIFICE (for soprano and baritone solo, double choir and orchestra) was broadcast live on CBC Radio and later played on BBC Radio, Radio France and Bavarian Radio.
